Nope I still didnt get to eat my dosage of B&J Cookie Dough..

fall in love with it.. honestly..

but i cant always eat it mah..

else will put on alot of weight..

anyway this is the period where i will be super busy..

yes i have a year end goal to hit..

am going for it..

and D actually promised me he will buy me a big tub of B&J cookie dough

at the end of the year..

provided i hit my goal..

yeah..

PS: i m not running my goal coz of this ice cream k.. lol..

Yellow Ribbon Project was launched in May 2000..

Every year there are 10,000 ex-convicts/rehab pple been released.

This year, yellow ribbon project had done sth out of the box.

The Yellow Ribbon Prison Run.

I was there helping out at the starting point and the finishing point.

Imagine me waking up 430 and make my way down as I need to reach at 530am??

Tie a yellow ribbon around the old oak tree~~
The start point is at Changi Village..
This is the starting point where Teo Chee Hean actually unlocking the gate to free everyone so they could start the run..
Heard that next year will be sth different.. haha..
cant wait to see it.


Before every start of the run, u need to do a warm up..
Cara who is a free-lancer for such things is there to help pple to get it started..
okay there are abt 6000 participants who is there to take part.





Everyone is waiting for the gate to be open.. they just cant wait to get it started..
