Woke up this morning, see my phone clock and damn it is 815am..

so decided to go take mc instead since i m sick anyway..

went to towner road to see the doctor..

and ya the doctor explained to me alot of medical term and blah blah blah..

tomolo is the party and the doctor asked me not to drink cold drinks. dun eat chicken and orange..

whaha..

Very limited stuff to eat la tomolo.argh..

mild asthma..

need to slp more..

need to avoid places where pple who are smoking..

cant do exercise..

hmm.the first doctor in my life ask me not to do exercise..

she said i need plenty plenty of rest..

how to sia...

still got a few places need to run..
